We understand that it's not always possible to give twenty-four hours notice, but in fairness to other clients who may want that appointment time, please try to give us as much notice as possible — feel free to leave a message on our answer phone.

For "no-show" appointments or appointments cancelled on the day, a cancellation fee may be charged.

For large appointment bookings, a payment of 50% may be required to be paid at the time of the booking to ensure the appointment is held.

Covid-19 Traffic Light System: Red — Rules and Regulations

Wellington will be RED under the NZ Government’s COVID-19 Traffic Light system until further notice.

Vaccine Pass not required.
When you come to the salon please remember to wear your mask.
